VIRTUAL ONLINE PILATES CLASSES

 

Amid COVID 19 restrictions, all our Pilates sessions both Private and Mat will be Virtual.

We look forward to continuing our Pilates training and services in the comfort and safety of your own home. Due to limitations of working out at home, our virtual Private and Mat classes will be tailored and focused on Pilates Mat work out as well as light weight resistance training.

VIRTUAL PRIVATE SESSIONS

Primarily focused on the Mat work, exercises and stretches are tailored to the individual. Ideal for individuals who want extra attention and need more focus to work on different aspects of the either conditioning, strength work or rehabilitation.

THE BENEFITS OF PRIVATE PILATES CLASSES:

The most obvious benefit of having a private Pilates class starts from the immediate fact you have the instructor’s undivided attention. Where choices, instructions, explanations of exercises are all tailored for one specific Body and Mind. The flow on effects (in order) and benefits are;

  1. Better technique in the Pilates method,

  2. Better execution of exercises

  3. Better proprioception (body awareness)

  4. Faster progression and results of strength or recovery from injury

  5. More care and attention

VIRTUAL MAT CLASSES

A fun way to stay connected and work out with others. Depending on the class level we can cater to different levels.

  • Back to Basics level - learn about fundamentals, stretches and strength. This class is open to people that are new to Pilates and may have some minor issues. If you have any existing injury, please contact the studio on 0410552385 to see if these this class will be suitable for you.

  • Intermediate level - will be more focused on strength and conditioning and cardiovascular. This class is suitable to people that have existing Pilates knowledge and no injury.

  • Intermediate to Advance level - This is an Intermediate to Advance level Mat class, suitable to Pilates teachers or clients with a good level of understanding of the Pilates method. Break up the work day and move your body while are working from home. Flow, stretch and strength.This class is not suitable for beginners or people with injuries.
